Internet Purchase Return Policy
Internet purchase returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange, net of shipping and insurance costs. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. All returns must be approved by management in writing. Please use the 'Contact Us' tab on the bottom of the home page or email us at 'Sales@Morgansjewelers.com' to request a Return authorization number. The cost of shipping and insurance to return the item shall be borne by the customer.
Special Order and Sale items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Special orders are defined as,
1. Any non-inventory purchase.
2. Any stock item custom made or altered at customers request including but not limited to sizing. Certain items might be subject to a restocking fee.
